Personal and Emotional Development Program
At Engage International School we make tangible our commitment to the optimal individual and social evolution of our students with our Personal and Emotional Development Program. Our specialized educational coaching staff helps children to identify what they feel and to work on the social skills necessary for life, so that they can achieve their goals and become happy adults. With this program students from early ages to the last grades put into practice aspects of emotional intelligence and practice mindfulness, relaxation and meditation.

Resilience and empathy
The purpose is to foster resilience, empathy, divergent thinking and global citizenship in students, equipping them with tools to manage emotions, work in teams and relate in a healthy way with their environment. Through an educational coaching agenda, they record their emotions and take on challenges such as setting limits, being kind or assuming responsibilities, which provides valuable information to the Guidance Department.
Personal and social awareness
In the classroom, children make anchors, reduce their worries with specific tests or calibrate their emotions with the emotional meter, a method for building personal and social awareness. They also work on self-knowledge, key to building good self-esteem.
Positive psychology
The objective is not only to educate, but to form people capable of self-managing and understanding their emotions. Through tools based on positive psychology, students learn to identify their feelings, cope with them and understand others, fostering a solid mental health and an optimistic attitude that will accompany them throughout their lives.

At Engage International School we use an innovative system that allows us to get to know each child in a comprehensive way, identifying their talents and needs up to ten years in advance. This helps us to prevent learning, adaptation or development problems, and to personalize teaching through coordinated actions between teachers and families.
